About Nightshift Commercial Cleaning
A Indianapolis janitorial company that employs its cleaners, publishes its pricing basis and puts supervision in the monthly figure.
The bid you cannot compare is not a bid
“A facilities manager with three proposals and no rate per square foot has not been given a choice. They have been given homework.”
Nightshift has cleaned commercial buildings across Central Indiana since 2016 and employs forty-one cleaners and four supervisors. Around two thirds of our work is offices, the rest medical, schools, light industrial and retail.
We compete on two things that are unusual in this category: we publish how the price is built up, and we employ everyone who goes into your building. Both cost us contracts against the cheapest bidder, and both are why the ones we win tend to renew.
Three commitments
Each one is checkable, which is the only kind worth publishing.
We publish the pricing basis
Rate per cleanable square foot by building type, and the six things that move it. Nobody else in this market does, and it is not a secret worth keeping.
We employ our cleaners
Payroll, workers compensation, background checks and pay above the local average. The subcontract model is cheaper and it is why buildings see four crews a year.
Supervision is in the price
A supervisor walks every site weekly and the log goes to you. If it is not a line in the bid, it is not happening, however warmly it is described.
